Terms and conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of all the products offered on our website www.mine4sure.com.
By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  The sale contract is governed by French law.

1. Our offer

Our products, services and delivery terms, as indicated in your chosen currency (Pounds Sterling, Euros or US dollars), are valid worldwide. When placing an order, you accept the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. However, please note slight differences may occur with regards to the colours, drawings and fonts shown on our website www.mine4sure.com.

2. Prices

The prices are indicated in either Pounds Sterling, Euros or US dollars and include current French V.A.T. Please note that any changes to the V.A.T rate may be immediately applied to our prices.

Enter the code TEN at checkout and benefit from a 10% discount on orders containing 3 to 5 products* and get 15% discount on orders containing 6 and more products* with the code FIFTEEN.
*Minimum order value required: Products, whose value is 5 EUROS-GBP 4 – US$ 6.15 or under, do not qualify for the volume discount.

3. Ordering

Your online order is only registered when you have fully and clearly completed the order form available on our website.
Within an hour of validating your order online, we will send you an automatic order confirmation email.
If you do not wish to order online, you can order by telephone: +44(0)7952 045 292 (check with your telephone provider for rates applied)
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (CET) to answer any questions you may have about Mine4Sure products.

4. Acceptance and order confirmation

Mine4Sure will confirm your order by an email within an hour of receipt. It will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of ordering.
You can also print your order summary.
Mine4Sure archives its customers orders in a computerised system. If you would like to access your files please send us a written request to Mine4Sure – info@mine4sure.com
The sales contract becomes effective from receipt of payment for your order by Mine4Sure.

5. Payment

• By debit or credit card:
Payment for your order of Mine4Sure products is made through our secured payment provider Credit Agricole or Sagepay depending on the currency you have selected to make your payment.
When validating your order, please enter your credit/debit card number and its expiry date. Various accesses to authorisation servers are made in order to check the data to avoid fraud and abuse. To this effect, the server is in encrypted mode and all the information conveyed is coded (protocol). No information transits in clear mode on the internet.
In accordance with the French Law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature, the online transmission of your card number and final confirmation of your order are proof of completion of your order and therefore your liabilities to the due sums in payment of that order.
• By bank transfer :
The order confirmation email we send you, once your order has been placed on our website www.mine4sure.com, contains the necessary details of our bank account to establish the bank transfer as well as your order number. Please mention this number in the bank transfer wording.
Receipt of the payment by our bank can take several days, the production of your order will start once your payment has been effectively received.

6. Shipping

Mine4Sure offers free standard delivery (airmail – not tracked) to France and worldwide for all labels orders. Shipping fees apply for orders containing objects.

You can upgrade the shipping to a tracked or express shipment, with additional fee. For delivery times, please visit the delivery page on our website.
You can choose to have the order delivered to your home address or any other address. This free option is to be selected during the order process. Enter your details and full details of the delivery address.

7. Returns

Any defective product must be returned to us within 7 days from receipt. Mine4Sure will proceed to its immediate replacement if our responsibility is proven. In this case, the return costs paid by the customer will be compensated by sending additional products.
In accordance with the article L. 121-20-2 of the French Consumer legislation, your right of cancellation cannot be exercised for the supply of personalised goods or those manufactured according to the customers specifications.

8. Personal Data

To take your order into account, it is necessary for us to collect your personal details. By giving us your email address, you agree to receive confirmation of your order and receive information on our special offers and events via Internet. Personal data have been declared to the French national authority: CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés) under the number 1788843.
In compliance with the French Data Protection Act dated 6 January 1978, you have a right to access, modify, amend and remove your personal details. To exercise this right, simply write to us specifying your name, address and email address.

9. Intellectual property

Mine4Sure is a registered trademark.
It is possible to create a simple direct link to the Home page of our website without the express authorisation from Mine4Sure. No authorisation or prior information request may be required by Mine4Sure with respect to a site that wishes to establish a link to the www.mine4sure.com website. However, this site should be displayed in a new browser window. Under no circumstances, will it constitute or imply an affiliation agreement. Mine4Sure reserves the right to refuse all links and to require the withdrawal, by simple request, at any time of any link, even if tacitly authorised.

10. Entire agreement

In the event that one of the clauses of the Terms and Conditions would be null and void by a change in the legislation, regulations or by a court decision, all other provisions in the Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Duration

These terms and conditions apply for the whole duration of the Mine4Sure products being online.

12. Liability

Under no circumstances, can Mine4Sure be deemed liable for any loss, damages or inconvenience caused by the use of Internet, such as breakdown in communication, presence of computer viruses, or unauthorised use or access or more generally all cases qualified as “force majeure” by the courts of law.

13. Dispute settlement

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, any legal action will be brought before the competent courts of Pau, France.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
