The Privacy policy aims to keep you informed of the key measures we have taken in this matter to protect your personal information and the rights that you have to protect your personal data.
A trusting relationship between Mine4Sure and you, our customers
Mine4Sure, its staff and partners, are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal data.
This is why our privacy policy respects the European Union Regulation (UE) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016, also named General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) as well as the latest version, voted on May, 14 2018; of the law n° 78-17 -dated 6 January 1978- on data processing, data files and liberties.
The commitments, detailed in this Privacy Policy, are in accordance with the values and principles of Mine4Sure.
Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how the data controller and SARL Etiquettes et Compagnie, represented by Benoit-Jean Morin, and located 35 rue Pasteur, 64320 Bizanos, France (contact details: info@mine4sure.com – tel +33 (0)559 27 17 27), process your personal information when you create your customer’s account and place an order.

Mine4Sure collects your data to serve you better
The controller is the person in charge of one or more processing operations of personal data and determines the purposes and means of such operations.
Mine4Sure is responsible for all processing of your personal data when you create a customer account and place an order on our platforms. It is for the realisation of this contract, and your complete satisfaction that Mine4Sure collects your data on the basis of article 6.1.b of the GDPR.
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, these are the purposes of the collection of your personal data by Mine4Sure:
- Creation of your customer’s account
- Management of and access to your customer’s account
- Management of your orders
- Dispatch of your orders
- Invoicing of your orders
- Communication with our customer service representatives
- Send emails about special offers, sales or other information that might of interest to you (newsletter)
- Update of our offer
- Marketing and statistical analysis
What data Mine4Sure collects?
During the ordering process and subsequent treatments of your orders, we will collect data such as:
- Your first name
- Family name
- Title
- Address
- Telephone
- Your invoicing and/or delivery address
- Personalisation data for the products ordered
- Your IP address
- Any other information that you might want to share with us
The compulsory or optional nature of the data is indicated, at the time of collection, by an asterisk.
How long is your data kept?
Personal information collected by Mine4Sure, through our business relationship, is kept for 3 years from the date of your last order.
In order to comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations, as well as enabling us to deal with any claims (within the limits of the application periods) the deletion of your data, from our active database, will be followed by an intermediate archiving period.
Should we have archive your data at a later date, your information will be automatically and irreversibly anonymised.
The information collected for the management of requests relating to the exercise of rights over your personal data is kept in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions.
Sharing your data
In accordance with the provisions set by the GDPR, Mine4Sure has gained assurance from all the third party service providers we may have to share your personal information that they comply with the laws in place in terms of data protection.
All the companies and their staff, we have charged to take care of delivering your orders, are not only fully GDPR compliants, but have also assured us of their commitment to ensure maximum level of confidentiality.
Our service providers, all of whom have been selected for the quality of their data management and who work to offer you quality content in line with your interests, only receive anonymised data, and therefore do not have access to any of your personal data.

Securing your personal information
Mine4Sure is committed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of the personal data you have supplied on our website Mine4Sure and has put in place the necessary technical and organisational measures.
Your rights about your personal data
As per the European Union Regulation (UE) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016, latest modification of the law n° 78-17 -dated 6 January 1978- on data processing, data files and liberties, you have several rights in terms of managing your data
- Right to access your data
You can ask Mine4Sure confirmation on which personal information of yours are processed or not by our different services
If we are processing some of your personal information, you may request a copy on the basis of the rights defined below:
- Right to rectify your data
The right to request from Mine4Sure that we modify your personal information, if erroneous, in our database.
- Right to erase your data
If you want Mine4Sure to erase your data from our database
- Right of opposition and withdrawal of consent
If you do not want or no longer want to appear in our database or one of its files
- Right to limit data processing
You may request the suspension of a processing operation concerning you for the duration of a verification (e.g. for excersing the right to object, Mine4Sure must check whether there are legitimate reasons for continuing the processing operation).
- Right of portability
You have the right to request the transfer of your Personal Information to us or other companies or organizations, where this is technically feasible, provided that the Personal Information is transfered in a structured format, widely used and computer readable
- Right to be forgotten in the event of death
The right to set guidelines for the handling of one’s data in the event of death. Without any directive from you, after a certain period of inactivity, Mine4Sure will delete your data. Nevertheless, your heirs may, after your death, exercise the rights to your data.
- Right to file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL)
You may lodge a complaint if you consider that the processing of your personal data constitutes a violation of the regulations.
