By using the website www.mine4sure.com, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. These terms of use are subject to be modified or updated at any time, so we invite you, users of the mine4sure website, to consult them on a regular basis.
The website is accessible to all at any time. However, interruptions for maintenance, as deemed necessary by the webmaster, might occur. As much as possible, notice will be given to the users of the times and dates of these interruptions.

3. Contractual limitations on technical data

The website mine4sure.com cannot be held liable for any material damages resulting of the use of the website. In addition, any person using the website commit to do so using recent, virus free equipment and through last up-to-date browser.
4. Copyright and counterfeiting
Mine4Sure owns all the copyright or has the rights of use of all the content available on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and softwares.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, of all or part of the elements of the site, which could, by any means whatsoever, harm or damage the brand, is prohibited and considered a violation of copyright and punishable by article L.335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code, with a penalty of 2 years imprisonment and a fine of €150,000.
5. Limitations on liability
Mine4Sure cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment, when accessing the site, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from a bug or incompatibility.
Interactive areas (possibility to ask questions in the contact area, as well as on the blog ) are available to users.
Etiquettes et Compagnie, with the assitance of Akismet (on the blog) reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in these areas that violates the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. If necessary, Mine4Sure also reserves the right to hold the user liable under civil and/or criminal law, in particular in the event of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic message, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

The website contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorisation of Etiquette et Compagnie. However, Etiquette et Compagnie is not able to check the contents of the websites thus visited, and consequently will not assume any responsibility for this fact.

To keep you informed of our special offers, new products and promotions we will send you newsletters.
You can subscribe to it from the home page of the mine4sure.com website or by joining the Mine4Sure Family when creating a customer account.

8. Our printables
Mine4Sure (via its blog) provides to its users and readers, free printables, documents that can be printed.
Mine4Sure owns the intellectual property rights of all the printables available on the Mine4Sure website and no unauthorised use by Mine4Sure of these printables is allowed.
As indicated before the downloading of the printable, the user wishing to download the printable must join the Mine4Sure family by giving his/her name and email address.
Joining the Mine4Sure family implies you give consent to Mine4Sure to collect and process your personal data (article 6.1 of the GDPR).
The data collected is only for Mine4Sure’s exclusive use.
The information collected is not linked to a contractual commitment of any kind. This information will be kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the last contact initiated by the person concerned by the data collected.

When contacting us, we collect your personal data (full name and email address) in order to respond to your request.
This process is made in accordance to Article 6.1.A of the General Data Protection Regulation according to which processing is lawful if the data subject has given his consent to such processing.The data collected is only for Mine4Sure’s exclusive use.
The information collected is not linked to a contractual commitment of any kind. This information will be kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the last contact initiated by the person concerned by the data collected.
10. Our sponsoring scheme
Mine4Sure offers its customers, ordering on the website mine4sure.com, the opportunity to sponsor new customer(s).
The new, sponsored, customers will need to enter at the time of their first order the email address of the customer sponsoring them in order to benefit from a 10% discount on their first order. The sponsoring customer will receive a discount voucher (worth 2€-£2-US$2) by email to use on a next order.
The sponsoring process is activated when payment for the order is received.
When you use the sponsor invitation form available on the Mine4Sure website, Mine4Sure does not collect your personal data nor that of the person(s) you sponsor.
11. “Labelled and found!” Box
The Mine4Sure website offers the possibility to its users to contact Mine4Sure when they find an object labelled with a label fromMine4Sure.
The details from the user having found the object are collected with the sole objective to allow to re-unite the owners with their lost belonging(s).
Mine4Sure does not process its data for commercial purpose and does not store it after the object has been returned.
12. Your reviews
In collaboration with Trustpilot, Mine4Sure requests and collects your review on your orders.
After placing an order on mine4sure.com, you have the opportunity to submit a review of our services and products. These reviews are posted, with your consent, on trustpilot.com and may be displayed on the home page of mine4sure.com.

13. SMS Solicitation
By creating a customer account on the mine4sure.com website, you are joining the Mine4Sure Family and you accept that Mine4Sure may send you offers on its products by SMS.
The sending of SMS messages for commercial purposes is carried out occasionally. These SMS messages are intended for our most loyal customers to enable them to benefit from the best offers.
You may at any time refuse, or interrupt the reception of our offers by replying directly to one of our SMS messages or from your customer’s account.
